Joanne graduated from the Veterinary Technician Assistant Program at Granville College in 2018 and is Fear Free Certified. With a lifelong passion for animals and a friendly, compassionate approach, she is dedicated to helping pets and their families feel comfortable and supported.
Joanne is happy to return to the Queen’s Park Pet Hospital team as a Client Care Representative, where she enjoys warmly greeting clients, building positive relationships, and ensuring every visit is a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. She also serves as the clinic’s Social Media Coordinator, helping showcase the team, celebrate patients, and share valuable pet care information with the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys bouldering, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with her dog, Teddy, and her snake, Pomelo
