Emily

As a long-time animal lover, Emily transitioned her hobby of volunteering at the SPCA to a career, completing the Veterinary Office and Animal Care certificate at Douglas College in 2019. Emily is passionate about patient care and strives to make every animal feel comfortable and safe through Fear Free techniques. In addition, she enjoys assisting with dental surgeries and connecting with clients in reception. Her favourite part of working at Queen's Park Pet Hospital is watching pets improve after treatment, which is an incredibly rewarding experience that brings the whole team together. Outside of the clinic, Emily loves yoga, listening to podcasts, and hanging out with her cat Bert!
